Born in 1983 I am also vintage! I have been fulfilling my dream of working in Asian art and design since 2008.
I studied art history and Japanese language and culture in the Eastern European capital of Warsaw. Since my graduation I spent fifteen years working in London galleries, art startups, auction houses and cooperated with two museums on international exhibition projects.
Maroo comes as a natural evolution of these experiences combined with the need for a fresh eye in the decorative design offer, and the belief in the vintage Asian aesthetics.
